Critically endangered and fighting for survival, a silent battle is fought to save one of the worlds majestic creatures, the white rhinoceros. Plagued by poaching (driven by the demand for rhino horns) and habitat loss, the population of white rhinoceros is rapidly declining, to a point of near extinction. The horns are falsely believed to possess medicinal properties and are also sought after as status symbols.
