    Trees offer leopards a comfortable and stable resting place away from disturbances on the ground and enjoy some chill time above the ground. Photographed in Sabi Sands, Greater Kruger NP, South Africa with a Nikon D810 at 280mm. Adding a fill-flash took away unnecessary shadows and created nice catch light in the eyes. Always a privilege to photograph leopards!

    Critically endangered and fighting for survival, a silent battle is fought to save one of the worlds majestic creatures, the white rhinoceros. Plagued by poaching (driven by the demand for rhino horns) and habitat loss, the population of white rhinoceros is rapidly declining, to a point of near extinction. The horns are falsely believed to possess medicinal properties and are also sought after as status symbols. Please help to raise public awareness be sharing this picture and content and contribute to the preservation of the white rhino. Taken in Africa with a Nikon D5 and 500mm lens.
