Lanner falcons attain up to 145kms per hour in pursuit of its prey and are extremely difficult to photograph. This pic taken when the Lanner caught a quelea in the Kgalagadi transfrontier park in South Africa with a Nikon Z9 and 500 mm PF lens with a shutter speed of 1/8000 to freeze the action.
